Return Policy
In the case of standard instruments should the guitar fail the expectations of the player, it may be returned for full purchase price, less any shipping fees within 15 days of receipt.  For custom orders, refund of the purchase price will be contingent on resale of the instrument. 

If an instrument is not returned in original condition the cost of any restoration work will be deducted from the refund.
